1. ELIGIBILITY:
Free Lottery Games at 7Picks.com are offered to Legal Residents or Citizens living in United States of America and Canada, except as written below. You must be at least 18 years old or older to play. You must be a registered 7Picks.com member and subscribed to the 7Picks.com emails to be eligible to play and win 7Picks.com Free Lottery Games. Void in Rhode Island and Province of Quebec or where prohibited by law. New York and Florida residents can only play for prizes valued less than 5000 U.S dollars. Principals and employees of 7Picks.com, and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members of each are not eligible (immediate family consists of husband, wife, mother, father, sister, brother or children).


2. HOW TO PLAY:
You must register at 7Picks.com and at least 18 years old to participate. You are responsible for updating your contact information at 7Picks.com. Updating your contact information by clicking "My Account" after login and follow the instructions to edit. You are responsible for claiming any prizes that you may win by clicking "My Result" after login, click on the "Claim" button and finish the Claim Process. Submission of your entries for the daily Lottery games choosing 7 numbers for each of the (7) 7Picks.com games you are eligible to play each day and click on one of the banners presents or participating the validation activities. You may submit only one free entry for each of the (7) 7Picks.com games.

Members must play each of the (7)Free Lottery Games in sequence. The numbers picking process can be done by one of the three methods: (a) pick your own unique numbers; (b) allow the computer to pick the numbers; or (c) play with the previously saved numbers as "Favorites". You are responsible for checking your 7Picks.com results from either (a) 7Picks.com Results email; or (b) 7Picks.com Website to see if you have won a prize in the 7Picks.com Lottery games. If you are a Prize winner you must respond by clicking "My Result" after login, click on the "Claim" button and finish the Claim Process. All Claims must be entered within 14 days after the drawing (Cut Off Time: 11:50 PM Pacific Standard Time on the 14th Day). The Ticket Number and claimant must match the information in our database before a prize will be awarded. In the event of a dispute, the information in our database will govern. Entries must be made before 11:50 PM Pacific Standard Time (California) on a given day to be eligible for that day's drawing. No responsibility is assumed by 7Picks.com or sponsors for lost, late, misdirected entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of 7Picks.com and sponsors and will not be returned to entrant.

3. No other prizes will be awarded. No substitution or transfer of prizes is allowed. Taxes are the responsibility of winners. Non U.S. residents may be subject to U.S. withholding tax.


4. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules which are final on all matters pertaining to 7Picks.com. 7Picks.com is governed by the laws of the United States. Failure to provide the Ticket Number, or failure to claim the prize within 14 days of winning numbers drawing date shall result in forfeiture. The Ticket Number must match the 7Picks.com Confirmation Number in our database for the date that the prize was awarded and must also match the player information. Once a prize claim has been verified and this information has been matched, all prize winners will receive additional instructions through Email. The instructions will require winners of at least US$100 winning to print out, sign and notarize the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release attached to the email and return it to 7Picks.com, within seven (7) days following the date of the attempted email notification. Prize Winners of at least US$100 must provide picture proof of identification to the sponsor, which may include a driver's license, passport, a voting card or similar government issued photo identification. Non-compliance within this time period shall result in prize forfeiture.

Return of any 7Picks.com Prize Claim Email instructions as undeliverable may result in disqualification. Winners further grant to 7Picks.com and sponsors the right, but not the obligation, to use and publish their proper name, photo and home state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with 7Picks.com. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for 7Picks.com and sponsors and their advertising and promotional agencies to use winner's name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless to 7Picks.com and Sponsors, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize won. Other restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.

5. CONDUCT:
7Picks.com reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game or website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. 7Picks.com reserves the right to audit all winners at the time of major prize winnings.

6. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY:
7Picks.com and sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect and/or inaccurate information which may occur in the processing of submissions in 7Picks.com or any other e-mails from 7Picks.com. 7Picks.com and Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft and/or destruction and/or unauthorized access to, and/or alteration of entries. 7Picks.com and Sponsors are not responsible for any problems and/or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email and/or players on account of technical problems and/or traffic congestion on the Internet and/or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to and/or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this contest. 7Picks.com and Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or suspend the contests.

7Picks.com makes no representations or warranties of any nature whatsoever with respect to any product or service advertised in any promotion, sweepstakes or other contest presented by 7Picks.com. Any liability for claims or damages with respect thereto shall be the sole responsibility of the advertiser(s), sponsor(s) and/or partner(s).

7. WINNER'S LIST:
The names of major prize winners (at least $300.00) may be obtained 30 days after the drawing for a specific contest by sending a request including your name, postal address and e-mail address to Member@7Picks.com.
